Dan Sampson of CZM tried it (at home) and had trouble. 11/9/2015: "I just opened MORIS in Edge (I'm at home) and no basemap draws upon launch. You can then turn all of them on or off, you just get nothing when it starts."

Emily has Windows 10 at home and is willing to test. (She also says that she has the latest Mac OS).

5/11/2016 Emily thoroughly tested Windows 10 with IE 11 and Microsoft Edge 20.10240. She went through all the tools, checked basemaps, legend tiled layer, clear the map pin. No problems at all. So we can mark this as not-an-issue.
