@MassGIS Here we go. A working WMTS basemap data source.

Notice that you have to include js/wmts.js in your PHP as well as add it to the basemap list like normal.

You will want to modify the metadata link tied to this new layer (the more info). I put OSM in its place for now.

I added the helper script here for posterity.

It works as a basemap but I seem to only be able to zoom down to level 15... not sure why http://maps.massgis.state.ma.us/map_ol_2016/oliver.php
