Google geocoding #273

@MassGIS, here we go.

There are 2 changes to oliver.php. One is the new google API script tag that needs to include your key instead of mine. And the other is the little var geocoder = false; line.

I can't get this side to work w/ your key. Maybe once you deploy this in your domain it will work w/ the REFERRER magic (even though we both think that's turned off).
