Quickzoom dropdown only works for custom basemap #57

Zooming to a town for example should work on any basemap.
This is related to Edit tool not selecting features on a non-custom basemap.
Something about the projection.
The Identify tool will work on any basemap so this should be fixable.

Revision 170 addresses this issue for MassGIS.  Aleda, let me know if this 
resolves your issue.

I tried with Yahoo, Bing, OpenStreetMap, Google - dropdown to town worked in 
all of them.
