Front end project setup

The goal of this task is to set up a new Angular 18 project with the following configurations:

• [x] Configure Husky to enforce commit standards
• [x] Set up ESLint and Prettier for code formatting and TypeScript linting
• [ ] Integrate Tailwind CSS with Angular
• [ ] Font family Poppins and more ....
• [ ] Clean up the default boilerplate code
• [ ] Establish global theming based on the Figma design : naming the colors using bootstrap names

Note: Some parts of this task are already completed, as indicated by the checked items.
