requirements.txt update: remove mdx-wikilink-plus references #25

These two lines are no longer relevant since there is a local version of mwb_wikilink_plus:

mdx-wikilink-plus==1.4.0

git+https://github.com/peterkaminski/mdx_wikilink_plus@master#egg=mdx-wikilink-plus

(and this is how we get to v1.7.1)
