Bug: no README causes MWB crash #32

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/opt/build/repo/.massivewikibuilder/output/README.html'

Make it so a stock index.html gets created if there is no README.md file. The index.html might just say, "Please add a README.md file at the root of the wiki".
