is it possible to add a blacklist for factions names?

I see no reason to implement this. If you blacklist "dick" you will have to blacklist "d1ck" and "dikk" and an infinite number of combinations. A full fledged profanity filter would work but is not worth to implement. And then there is also the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scunthorpe_problem

Will not implement.
