Hi! I really like this library. Recently I mouved to linux ( Work buyed me a really nice computer but It's on Linux ) I had to clone and rewrite part of the ReadProcessMemory and GetModuleBase functions to make it work in a Linux environment.

Would you like a pull request making the lib cross platform ? ( I'm not sur yet on how to place a statement to differentiate windows and linux environments. But It should not be the hard part )

Basicly code look like that for 1.0.4. I would have the rework it a bit for 1.0.5.
