Converted the project to a CMake project #30

Added google test as the testing framework

This project was only tested on windows. CMake should still be able to build the project, the project will probably not be able to be compiled on linux. This issue will be solved once the CI/CD system is up and running.

Some CmakeLists.txt are there temporary and have to be there since graphics isn't fully removed from the engine.
