FAQ Page cannot be deleted through the classic interface or using the power shell command #35

The FAQ Page app cannot be deleted through the classic interface or even using the power shell command.

There is not retention policy applied to the SharePoint site. This is the error message I continuously get when trying to delete it :

I have tried to reach support twice through the Mastek Apps web page in the past month, with no response.
