Fix all the spelling mistakes in the guide.

This is probably an ongoing thing and there are still more things I want to document in the ingame guide, as well as making more patchouli books to improve the user experience for some of the mods in the pack, because there are some mods that use another library to create their ingame guides that feel kinda weird to use, but that is something I won't tackle in the near future.

I'm in the middle of porting the guide over to a custom patchouli book. So I'll take the chance and fix all spelling issues I encounter during the port.
