This pull request:

Defines AuthenticationExtensionsAuthenticatorOutputs
Puts extensions in AuthenticatorData as part of output of verifyRegistrationResponse and verifyAuthenticationResponse.
Adds tests to parse extensions in AuthenticatorData in verifyRegistrationResponse and verifyAuthenticationResponse.
