Drop `uvm` and `dpk` extension support #605

Describe the issue

The uvm and dpk extensions will not be present in the upcoming L3 release of WebAuthn. Interest in implementing uvm has evaporated, and dpk as a concept has evolved multiple times now. It's time to shed these for now as they'll never get used.
