CalWF_v1.5 is a package for handing the I-z curve file generated by the Nanonis controller. It can process multiple I-z curve files at the same time and generate mapping files.

Here is the executable program of CalWF_v1.5. It can be used simply without knowing any programming knowledge. CalWF_v1.5.zip

This package is open source and the code can be downloaded in this repository.

CalWF_v1.5.1 is updated from CalWF_v1.5, I-t results can be classified now.
