Does not work if decimal separator is not "." on the current system #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Load BODYDATA.txt, it throws an exception in Convert.ToDouble()

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v.0.07 WinXP, French

Suggested patch attached.
