added Diplo Play “remove from Power Block” (against nations in other power blocs) → relations to power block leader are poor or worse → has rivaled the other block leader → wargoal for play = liberate subject (capital of target to remove) → Target block does not have “weak block” modifier

vic-3 mod coop says there is no option to remove nations from power-blocs... check this

maybe with some dirty gui workarounds :(
