Feature Request: allow adding user to a particilar group at user's creation #167

It would be nice to have a possibility to add a user to a group other than 
'user' at user's creation. 
This is needed both during a single user creation (core/users/signup.php) and a 
bulk user creation during bulk extension creation 
(mod/extensions/v_extensions_edit.php).

(Creating a bunch of 50 agents is a quite time consuming task now.)

You could theoretically create a script to do that, but the way 
core/users/signup.php isn't designed for your application.

You can add a user to a group other than "user" on creation.  When you create 
bulk extensions they will be in the user group by default but you can change 
the group via a simple SQL query from the GUI.
