What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add A user - For example, user name 4600.
2.Add an extension, and assign the previously created user to the extension -
for example, extension 4600.
3.Go back and make any change to the extension.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you list users, you should only see one user 4600.
What you actually see is another copy of the user with whatever was entered as
the name for the extension.
Each time you make any change to the extension, yet another copy of the user is
created.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r1525 on Centos 5.6 x64
