Cannot Delete Domain #186

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Domain in System Settings
2. Delete same domain in System Settings

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should delete the domain, but it does not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FusionPBX Git Revision 1564
FreeSWITCH Version 1.0.head (git-f506e19 2011-10-17 12-30-51 -0500)

Can you please confirm that you are not trying to delete the first domain which 
has a v_id of 1?

Negative, it is for sure not the first domain.

MySQL. The only bad thing is now I've had to ditch that install and NOT use 
multitenant. This issue was opened on Oct. 17th, and I have had to take drastic 
measures to fix everything up.
