What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am trying to install Fusion PBX on pfSense
2. I was folowing steps as described in wiki pages for instaling on pfSene
3. When I call http://myPfSenseIpAdress/fusionpbx/install.php
I get Fusion-PBX install form and at step1 I can't select Databaset Type. That
drop list is empty.
When I click next I just get an empty FusionPBX form without any controls on it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected that I can select Sql lite

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using pfsense 2.0

or

touch /etc/php_dynamodules/PDO_SQLITE
/etc/rc.php_ini_setup

One of the touch commands should work followed by restarting the web server.
