Enhanced Follow Me Calling to External SIP URIs #205

Presently the number list in the follow me calling feature doesn't allow one to 
enter a SIP address.  One can only populate the fields with an external phone 
number or an internal extension.

I would like to propose that one can have an external SIP@<domain> URI to be 
populated so that the call can reach not only external phone numbers and 
internal extensions, but also outside SIP URIs.
