Unable to amend recording path multi-tenant #234

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit domain
2. Add Switch, recordings, dir, /usr/local/freeswitch/recordings/tenantname
3. Save and test recording conference call.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Was expecting to see recording in tenant dir but was still in root of recordings

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v2405 ubuntu 10.04LTS

Please provide any additional information below.

2. Add Switch, recordings, dir, /usr/local/freeswitch/recordings/tenantname
What you did was a guess and it made the problem worse. Remove the tenant name
if you want it to work.

For all new tenants it will automatically add the tenant name. Go to the tenant
that is not working most likely the first domain on the system. Take a look at
dialplan manager and edit the recordings dialplan entry you will notice the
recordings path is most likely wrong. Update it and add the tenant domain
there. Then test it.

This has been removed.

Dialplan | Recordings already correct path
recordings_dir=/usr/local/freeswitch/recordings/tenantname

If it makes any difference I am selecting 'start record'

This has been fixed along with some improvements to the active conferences page
in revision 2446.
