IVR "copy" function not working completely #236

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Copy an existing IVR application by editing it and clicking "copy" button 
at the top of page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:  The entire list of settings AND menu options get copied.
Instead:  No menu options are copied, only settings in top half of page are 
copied to new IVR app.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2418 - FreeBSD 9.0 Release
