Admin can delete a Superadmin #346

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. login as admin user
2. go to accounts -> user manager
3. delete a superadmin user
4. now you don't have any more a superadmin user

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The admin user CAN NOT be able to delete a superadmin user.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FusionPBX 3.1.4, Debian wheezy

This is very scary. This definitely should not be possible. I hope they fix it 
asap.

I'll fix it but why put a superadmin user in a customer tenant in the first 
place?
