Enabling Follow Me causes call to go directly to voicemail #354

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable follow me 
2. Enter extension as 1st number
3. Enter external number as 2nd number
4. select Simultaneous as ring ring order
5. Save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Extension and external numbers should ring simultaneously. Instead, the call 
goes directly to the extensions voicemail. Disabling Follow Me allows the 
extensions to rung as expected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dev version 3187

Please provide any additional information below.
I attached a dump of the Freeswitch CLI.

Follow me in has been updated in the development branch and will be available 
soon in the new release.

Currently running most current dev branch (v3394) and Follow Me "enable" or 
"disable" setting doesn't seem to "stick" when pressing save. To be clear, if 
Follow Me was disabled, then enabling it and pressing save does not enable it 
(i.e. when the page reloads, the setting is reverted back to its previous 
state). It was enabled on one extension and disabled on another, and the same 
holds true. If enabled, cannot be disabled, and vice versa. Please note that 
the ring numbers list, either entered or deleted, seem to remain (or remain 
deleted) when save is pressed, but not the feature itself.

Make sure you ran Advanced -> Upgrade Schema.

Latest development branch follow me has been completed. Release will be around 
the first of the year.
