Hunt Group Line Rollover #362

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create Hunt Group
2.Assign multiple extensions in ordedr
3.call in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What I would like to see, is line 1 ring, unless it is busy, and if busy, ring
line2, unless line2 is busy, then ring line 3, etc..etc.. The problem is, even
if you set up the ringing order, it still rings all extensions simultaneously,
and there is no placed to tell it to ignore the extension if it is busy and
just ring the next in line. This is on a system using SLA, with Polycom ip650
Phones

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

revision: 928 / CentOS 5.4(final) Kernel 2.6.18-164-6.1.el5
Please provide any additional information below.
So far, I love fusionPBX, my biggest issues are these dang Hunt groups and
getting them to work properly. I just need to know how to tell it to bypass a
busy extension and move on to the next one in the list.then it would be
perfect. But, low and behold, it won't do it the way I need it to. Please Help
me, someway...somehow

This is more of a feature request than a defect.

Use a ring group with call waiting disabled.
