BLF does not work when using xml_handler #379

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup Fusion with xml_handler
2. Add syntax to Cisco504g. fnc=sd+blf+cp;sub=extension@$PROXY

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Programmed button shows green when idle. Does not show red when busy

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FusionPBX 3.2 Ubuntu 10.04LTS
FreeSWITCH Version 1.2.6+git~20130104T154559Z~a4247651ca (git a424765 
2013-01-04 15:45:59Z)

It works on FreeSWITCH 1.2.8 using latest xml handler.
