50+ domains slow and buggy #425

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when you have 50+ domains saving follow me settings or hunt group will take 
frustratingly long at times it takes 2.5 to 5  mins to save.
2. xml is buggy
3.just save and go for a smoke!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Normal Saving time

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using FusionPBX ISO on ubuntu. 3.1.4

Please provide any additional information below.

50 tenants its time for paid support to learn how to scale or come to the 
FusionPBX class to learn how to scale.
