currently logged in account can delete own account

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add admin or superadmin user
2. Log in as admin or superadmin user
3. Delete the user account for current user

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Shouldn't be able to delete the current user account

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Debian 7.0 x86_64
