Music On Hold Download Issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Apps -> Music on Hold
2. Click any file from the Download column 
3. Start downloading the .wav file 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected result would be {filename}.wav instead I see musin_on_hold.php. 
The Php file is the same size as the expected {filename}.wav. Renaming the 
music_on_hold.php to {filename{.wav would do the trick, but I don’t think 
this is a desired functionality. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest fusion revision. Ubuntu 12.04 with Apache 

Please provide any additional information below.

Safari and I also tried with Firefox - same result.
