preparing revision 1.1 - minor changes

This release contains the following:

• implemented pkg-config to ease build process
• removed all generated files from project. bootstrap.sh must be invoked prior to configure, to create all the configure scripts.
• limited build dependency to autoconf, automake, libtool
• gnulib is now a submodule of the project
• enhanced documentation, on how to build the tools, and how to build OpenSSL.
• upgraded Cryptoki to v2.40, with EdDSA backports from v3.0
