Ch4 URL for SSBA seems broken #43

I tried to download SSBA package from the specified url http://www.inf.ethz.ch/personal/chzach/opensource.html Unfortunately, it says:404 not found (The requested URL /personal/chzach/opensource.html was not found on this server.) Could you kindly tell me where to download SSBA package?
