Can't create instances #13

Using the old fork as well as the current version we are not able to create instances via Horizon. The reason for this are various problems with the file system as seen in the attached error log, which actually contains 3 different error messages at 3 different states of the system after various treatments had been applied.

When logging in as the demo user into horizon, it actually works.

Ran the whole installation at current master state: https://github.com/MasterprojectOpenStack1516/sourcecode/tree/fc50d49f49bac6a40760653d245e483dd9a83838

Installing both regions in parallel took 60 minutes in total but in the end everything worked, including starting an instance using the demo user.
