In % of competition in COC, you must calculate the Average for the Progress of Deliverables, with the possibility of modifying the value before the submitted request, not a total

system does not update the "% of Completion" field if user update of delete the deliverbales progress

and it is not working for "auto deliverables."

it is working fine on dev for both manual and auto deliverables
