Add test for reservation counter #66

New features Added

[ ] Added reservationcounter.test.js file which includes the functions listed below:
- [ ] Added test to return 1 when passed a reservationsList with one reservation
- [ ] Added test to return the correct count when passed a reservationsList with multiple reservations
- [ ] Added test to return 0 when passed an empty reservationsList
- [ ] Added test to return the correct count when passed a reservationsList with duplicate reservations
- [ ] Added test to throw an error when passed a null value
