Ca Ong (english) is missing from raid list #294

I noticed that the bot wasn't highlighting Ca Ong raids and so I checked the raid_list.txt and it contains the japanese name for Ca Ong but not the english one.

The provided raid list was just a snapshot of some raids at some point in time, therefore some raids could be missing.
