Bot gets stuck frequently with auto mode

I'm using auto mode (set to semi-auto) to do CEQ more quickly, but every 5-15 or so runs, it gets stuck, claiming it can't find the auto button, and stops doing anything at all unless I fix it by attacking. Every time it's done this, I've found that the bot has moved the cursor outside of the screen region where clicking would activate auto mode, usually too far to the right, but occasionally it's moved the cursor too far upwards instead. I've never had a single problem with it moving the cursor outside of the game window like this in the 2.5 years I've been using this bot.

I believe it happens only for medium in-game screen resolutions for now.

Thanks. I wasn't sure exactly which setting you meant by "screen resolution", so I tried a couple different things. both changing the "window size" setting in browser settings and the graphics settings, since technically the game calls that "resolution settings" on the graphics settings page, just in case.

If I set the window size to small or large instead, or turn auto resizing on, it never finishes calibrating, which is what I expected. I tried changed "resolution settings" to high, but that didn't work either, so I suppose I will continue doing CEQ normally.

Slightly unrelated, when I checked the "setup and installation" page on the wiki just in case, I noticed that the browser version settings and gameplay settings are missing images.

You don't, it's a setting under the ZooeyBot.ini file combat section.
