Refund Request #184

I am requesting a refund on poker bot that I bought 30 mins ago. I was supposed to buy a zoeey bot but for some reason the page from the manage account was pokerbot. I am very sure that the front page from where I click the manage account is zooey bot. I don't have any intent to use poker bot since I already have enough chips to spend.

Hello,

I am sorry but the terms and conditions mention that there is no obligation of refund. The end-user is responsible for purchasing the proper licence depending on the product to use.

I now know the reason why I was led to poker bot. After clicking login from the zoeey bot frontpage and entering your account, you will be directed to poker bot front page. I hope you can fix it so some users will not do the same mistake I did.
