How to evaluate RDFConverter from BAM?

BAM does not allow to use of docker. Maybe other places also do not allow it. We could increase the usability level of RDFConverter with an alternative for docker.

I got the following error using docker from a Linux Virtual Machine at BAM:

avaldest@VM8093:~/RDFConverter$ docker-compose up
ERROR: Couldn't connect to Docker daemon at http+docker://localhost - is it running?

If it's at a non-standard location, specify the URL with the DOCKER_HOST environment variable.
