Unable to use Voice Search when focus speech audio is on #408

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In talkback settings, turn on "Focus speech audio"
2. Open Google Now, and try to Voice search something
3.  The dictation starts with the appropriate sound and then immediately 
terminates, giving no chance to say anything.
4. To make it work again, turn off the Focus speech audio and then restart the 
device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. We are unable to say anything when this feature is turned on.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Reproduced on a Nexus 5, using Android 4.4.4 and 5.0 with Talkback 3.6 (Play 
Store).
