Problems with switching on and off the sound and vibration feedback in the latest beta of TalkBack #413

Go to settings/accessibility, click on TalkBack and open its settings. Navigate 
to "next feedback" and try to work with the checkboxes. I am testing it on 
Android 4.4.2 and TalkBack did not reflects the checked or unchecked position. 
So the vibration and sound feedback is constantly on, the switches could not 
disable them.
