Hi I did all the steps for the nest thermostat api but I am not getting the is initalize signal high? #12

Here is a picture of the setup currently and even in debugger when I get another url i copy and paste the auth code serial it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do. I had it working a while ago but now it doesn't and i remember having this problem
