Rearrange functions. Add Comment Blocks for sections. #64

Moves functions in line with the follow on commit. Commit on top of previous PR.

The one and nexts I can't review like that, you need to use several commits. Or you can just wait for me to merge the first and work on top of it directly. This is unreadable if you merge the changes of your preview PR with the new changes in one commit, I can't see the diff.

This is the intent. It will require a rebase once the previous commit is merged, then the smaller changes will be more obvious. :-)
