Context Menu gone #151

Hello, So I've made a fresh install (Firefox v73) and I can't find the Quick Dial context menu options, like add new folder or the actual settings options, so I have no way to customize my speed dial.

Just tested on my current FF73 without issue... And tested on an new install with FF73 without issue... Are you sure that you are on the QD page ?

PoTUH Yeah, tested without any other extension enabled and the only FF prefs changes I've made are to close tabs on double click and don't close FF after closing last tab, but those prefs I was using before doing a fresh install w/o a problem. QD settings option is also gone from the Add-ons Manager page. PS: I also use Waterfox and there's no problem there.

I was able to access some(all?) options by right-clicking on the QuickDial page and entering QuickDial options there. As noted, no options menu was accessible from the Firefox Add-Ons page in v73.0.1

This was in my attempt to solve Issue #113 (QuickDial page replacing some open tabs upon browser restart; back button restores them but a pain nonetheless). The advice to change Startpage Timeout to 0 worked!

Re: Issue 151, with Quick Dial 0.1.20 in Firefox 85.0.1, the Quick Dial Settings menu is still available by right-clicking on an active Quick Dial page.

As before, there is no Options item available on the Firefox Add-Ons page when clicking on the three dots for Quick Dial - only Remove, Report, or Manage, but that's OK since it's available as mentioned above.

If you're asking about Issue 113, I don't notice any change, but I still have Startpage Timeout set at 0.
