Is it possible to create a full backup? #175

Hello, everyone. I'm testing Quick Dial on Firefox 94 and I'm really enjoying it. I would like to know how to save a backup with thumbnails, sizes, links, etc. Thank you very much.

I need the same. I have a lot of folders and subfolders named, with thumbnails, and I need to format my PC. I need so to backup Quick Dial status to recover after reinstall. Please, where is the place where this config is located? Thank you

You can do a full backup of all firefox data and settings with mozbackup… and use that to migrate firefox to different versions lke nightlymor developer and/or computers. The thumbnails of quickdial are not backed up… but everything else is.

Firefox's own bookmark backup and restore will also backup and restore Quick Dial links. Beware, though, that they will be restored in a different order than the original, and they will re-download the thumbnails.
