What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set up a game with Procession, Armory, and Fortune Teller.
2. turn 4, Drew buys a Procession
3. turn 5, Mary buys a Procession
4. turn 6, Drew plays Procession, playing Fortune Teller....
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
.... Fortune Teller trashed, Played Procession.
There are still only 8 Processions and 10 Armories, so Drew never took one of
the $4 action cards after playing Procession on Fortune Teller
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
