Fixed the dynamic sheet discovery
Added new tap setting
output_name
to allow users to specify a new name for the output table or file from the tap
Added new tap setting
child_sheet_name
to allow users to select a different sheet in their Google Sheet to sync data from.
Added tests around new functionality and settings
