Hmm, interesting.
We're currently working in the background to completely re-write the Tizen app (see #7) to the current standards, and I suspect that that should fix things.
@Paultje52 and I will test this after the app has been finished to make sure this doesn't occur anymore.

What went wrong?
Occasionally, the watch face will freeze on the goals sub-menu or the cards sub-menu, and swiping/edge-sliding will not swap menus.
WORKAROUND: The only way to restore control is to press the button which is the same as the button that stops the clock (!!). This does not stop the clock, but it does allow normal function afterwards (swiping to different menus, stopping the time, &c).
