Fixed readme to download and unzip elasticsearch 2.x
Fixed the path to to the 50 patients test data in cli.py
Fixed test accordingly

Thank you so much for the fixes! I made one change to point the TEST_DATA_URL to a tagged version of the file, rather than master, in case it changes in the future.
